    I took my car to this dealership to have some work done on a Honda recall. My experience at the customer service desk left a lot to be desired! When I told the salesman that my car was booked for some recall work, he at first didn't seem to believe me, he then checked his diary and found the car was booked, and then turned to his colleague and said ' where do they come from' ! Just before the work on my car had been finished, there was another lady customer, whose car was ready (she was clearly paying for whatever work had been done), the salesman came to her and took her to her car very politely. Once the work on my car had been done, the salesman shouted to me across the showroom and told me my car was ready at the bottom of the stairs, and as I was walking past him, he said by the way there is a problem with the clutch in your car and will cost £1500 to fix. Prior to this episode the car had gone in for some other work, when we were told the pollen filter need replacing, when in fact the pollen filter had been changed 4 days prior to the car going in. With regard to the clutch, the car has been checked by my usual mechanic, and apparently there is nothing wrong with the clutch. In my opinion, the moral of the story is, go to this garage if you want to be ripped off and have unnecessary work done, otherwise steer clear.
